At the Roseville Building in Newark, NJ Eastern’s Weatherization Crews performed Air Sealing, Weather Stripping of exterior doors and trash chutes, and installed Blown In Cellulose Insulation.

At Park Plaza Apartments in Little Egg Harbor, NJ Eastern replaced all of the windows, weather-stripped various exterior doors, replaced all of the light bulbs in the residential units and common areas, replaced the lighted exit signs and exterior photocell lights, replaced various inefficient ballasts, upgraded the refrigerators and installed new aerators and shower heads. All of these upgrades to the building will make it more energy efficient for many years to come, lowering operating costs while helping to protect the environment.

Spray Foam

For three months one of Eastern’s three man crews worked on electric scaffolding up to 220 feet high installing 83,000 square feet of Icynene open cell ½ pound spray foam. The building will be the first of its kind to qualify for federal grants and rebates as a result of energy star ratings it will receive from the products installed.

One of Eastern’s highly trained professional spray foam crews installed 7" of closed cell foam in the ceiling of an 80' long lap pool. Nobody can do it as neatly and cleanly as Eastern!
